1. Two Bowls for Flexible Preparation: Supplied with a 1.8L stainless steel bowl and a 2L glass bowl, this mini food chopper lets you organise different ingredients for the same meal. Use one bowl at a time with the shared motor and clean food-contact parts between tasks.
2. 500W Motor and Two Speeds: Use speed I for softer vegetables and herbs, or speed II for firmer ingredients and prepared boneless meat. Short pulses let you control the texture for pasta sauces, dips, meatballs and everyday meal preparation.
3. Two Blade Assemblies Included: Each assembly has four stainless steel blades arranged at two levels for chopping and mincing. Cut ingredients into small pieces and follow the manual's food limits, including up to 200g of beef or 300g of pork per batch.
4. Removable Bowls for Easy Cleaning: Put the bowls in the dishwasher after removing the non-slip mat. Hand wash the blades, lid and mat, and allow them to dry. Wipe the motor with a damp cloth. The glass bowl lets you check the texture as you prepare ingredients.
5. Designed for Short-Burst Use: Fit the lid and motor correctly, then process for no more than 20 seconds at a time with at least 20 seconds between bursts. Avoid overfilling. Do not process ice, coffee beans or peppercorns. Unplug before changing bowls or handling blades.
